About Angie

For most of my life, I’ve been someone people turn to when life feels heavy, unclear, or full of quiet questions. I’ve walked through seasons of faith, loss, growth, transition, and rebuilding. Along the way, I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from slowing down enough to hear what’s true and then having the courage to move forward with intention.

My work is rooted in presence. I create space for people who have lived full, demanding lives to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Often, the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and deeply responsible. On the outside, life looks steady. On the inside, they may feel tired, unsettled, or quietly longing for something more peaceful and meaningful.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside leaders, coaches, and individuals through thousands of deep, personal conversations. That experience has shaped my ability to listen carefully, ask questions that bring clarity, and help people untangle the beliefs and pressures that keep them stuck. I bring both spiritual presence and practical tools into the work because peace without movement isn’t enough, and movement without grounding doesn’t last.

At the heart of my calling is something simple. I help people slow down, notice where God is moving in their lives, and take grounded steps toward becoming who they were created to be. I don’t offer formulas or quick fixes. I offer steady guidance, thoughtful reflection, and support as your next season begins to take shape.

Whether your faith feels close, complicated, or something you’re rediscovering, there is room here to be honest. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need the right words. You just need a willingness to pause and listen.

If you find yourself longing for clarity, calm, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are becoming, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
